SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
for NARMOVION ATLAS (Windows)

By installing, activating or using NARMOVION ATLAS (the "Software") you accept this agreement.

1. Rightsholder and seller
Rightsholder and seller: Sergii Stelmakhovych, an individual conducting non-registered business activity in Poland (the "Rightsholder").

"SRG NARMOVION" and "SRG BlackCore" are names and logos used as the brand of the Software; they do not denote separate legal entities. No right to use them is granted except as needed to use the Software.

2. Definitions
"Software" means NARMOVION ATLAS, its installer, helper programs, engines and accompanying materials, except third-party components governed by their own license terms.
"Computer" means a single personal computer on which the Software is installed and, for PRO, activated.
"Demo mode" means the Software without a PRO license. "PRO" means the Software with a valid license key activated on a Computer.

3. Ownership
The Software is proprietary and protected by copyright. It is licensed, not sold. No source code rights and no ownership rights are transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Rightsholder.

4. License grant
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Software in object code form for your own use on Computers permitted by your license.
4.1 Demo mode is free and has no time limit. It allows viewing data and safe diagnostics. Scanning is limited (one folder or drive, up to 10,000 files and 10 GB per scan, up to 10 duplicate groups in the results) and the event log is limited to 1 day. Operations that change the system, moving or restoring files, backups and report export are not available in Demo mode.
4.2 ATLAS PRO, 1 year: all features without Demo limits, valid for one year from key issue, on up to 3 Computers. After expiry the Software returns to Demo mode.
4.3 ATLAS PRO Lifetime: all features without Demo limits, with no expiry date, on 1 Computer.
The plan, price and number of Computers are those shown on the purchase page when you buy.

5. Activation, computer changes and data
5.1 PRO is activated online with a license key and the email address used for the purchase. During activation the Software sends the key, the email address and a computer identifier (a SHA-256 hash derived from system identifiers) to the activation server and receives a signed license token. After activation the token is checked on your Computer and works without an internet connection. When an internet connection is available, the Software may ask the activation server, about once a day, whether the license has been revoked or has expired (for example after a refund or a breach of this agreement); this request sends the license token and the computer identifier. If there is no connection or the server cannot be reached, the license keeps working.
5.2 The computer identifier changes if you reinstall Windows, replace the system drive or rename the Computer, and the activation server may then count it as a new Computer. If you reach the activation limit after such a change, write to the contact address above and the Rightsholder will help you re-activate the license on your Computer, free of charge.
5.3 The Software reads information about your computer, drives, files, processes and network on your Computer only. It does not send the contents of your files. Administrator rights are requested at launch for full drive and system data; without them the Software works with limited data.

6. Your responsibility for system changes
Deleting, moving, cleaning, uninstalling and similar operations are performed only after your confirmation. Check the selected items before you confirm and make backups of important data.

7. Restrictions
You must not: copy or distribute the Software except as allowed by law; modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it except where mandatory law allows; bypass or interfere with the licensing and activation mechanism; share or publish a license key or use it on more Computers than your license allows; remove copyright notices, trademarks or logos; use the Software to provide a commercial service to third parties without written permission.

8. Updates and support
The Rightsholder may, at its discretion, provide updates. Support is provided by email at the contact address above. No obligation to provide updates is created unless agreed in writing.

9. Third-party components
The Software includes third-party components (for example the Qt/PySide6 libraries). They remain the property of their owners and are governed by their own license terms, which apply to them instead of this agreement.

10. Termination
The license ends automatically if you breach this agreement. You may stop using and remove the Software at any time (Windows "Apps").

11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law the Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not limit statutory rights of consumers described in section 13.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law the Rightsholder is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, profit or use. Total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the license. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (including for intent) is not affected.

13. Consumer rights
This agreement does not limit rights that you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including rights relating to the conformity of digital content with the contract. If you buy a license as a consumer in the EU, you may request that delivery of the digital content (the license key) starts before the 14-day withdrawal period ends; in that case you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started, as stated at checkout, and the Rightsholder confirms your consent by email.

14. Governing law and language
This agreement is governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. The agreement is provided in English and Russian; in case of discrepancy the English version prevails.
