PRIVACY POLICY
NARMOVION ATLAS
Version: ATLAS-1.0 · Year: 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Sergii Stelmakhovych, an individual conducting non-registered business activity in Poland (the "Controller").
Contact on all data matters: [email protected]
Postal address: Mścibora 62, 61-062 Poznań, Poland
2. What data we process and why
2.1 Purchase of a license. Email address, selected plan, currency and amount, order number, language, IP address at checkout, date and time of the order, and the record of your acceptance of the license agreement and of your request to start delivery before the withdrawal period ends. Purpose: to conclude and perform the contract, deliver the license key and keep consumer-law records. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
2.2 Payment. Card and payment details are entered on the Stripe payment page and are not received by the Controller. The Controller receives only the payment status and technical identifiers. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
2.3 License and activation. License key, plan, number of permitted computers, expiry date, status, and activation records: a computer identifier (a SHA-256 hash derived from system identifiers, which does not reveal your name or files), the email address entered at activation, and the time of activation; later, about once a day while you are online, a license check request containing the license token and the computer identifier; the server also records the IP address of each activation and check request in an activation log. Purpose: to check that the key is valid, apply the computer limit, stop revoked or expired licenses, detect key sharing and guessing attempts (including temporary rate limiting of failed attempts from one IP address) and prevent misuse. If you receive a full refund or a payment dispute is opened, the license key of that order is revoked automatically. Legal basis: performance of a contract and the Controller's legitimate interest in protecting the license (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.4 Support. Messages you send to the contact address and the data in them. Purpose: to answer you and handle claims. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
2.5 Technical logs. The server and Cloudflare process IP address and request data to deliver the website and protect it. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.6 The Software on your computer. NARMOVION ATLAS reads information about your computer, drives, files, processes and network only on your computer. It does not send them or the contents of your files to the Controller. The only data it sends is the activation request and the periodic license check described in 2.3.
3. Recipients and transfers
Your data may be processed by: Stripe (payments); an email delivery provider (sending the license key and messages); Cloudflare (delivery and protection of the website); accounting and legal advisers where needed. The website is hosted on the Controller's own server. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. How long we keep data
Order and payment records: for the period required by tax and accounting law. License records: while the license is valid and until claims related to it expire. Activation log entries (including IP addresses): 90 days. Support messages: until your matter is resolved and claims related to it expire. Technical logs: for a short period needed for security.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, receive it in a portable format and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use these rights write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to buy and activate a license. The Controller does not take decisions based solely on automated processing and does not carry out profiling.
6. Cookies
The purchase pages may use technical cookies necessary for the website to work (for example, to keep you signed in). They are not used for advertising.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published at https://narmovion.eu/en/narmovion-atlas-privacy.html
